Monster Fest 19!

Monster Fest 19 will be held at the Chesapeake Central Library on October 7, 2023. Mark your calendars and start off the Halloween season with us!

If you would like to be a guest or vendor at Monster Fest this year, please complete the application here:

Vendor Application Monster Fest 19

Monster Fest is dedicated to celebrate classic horror and horror related topics. While we love Sci Fi, Anime, Fantasy, and other genres we will choose the guests and vendors that most closely represent the spirit and theme of Monster Fest.

This year is shaping up to the best yet!

Thanks to our Sponsors!

Monster Fest is free. Vendor tables are free and attendance is free. Partially this is thanks to the Chesapeake Public Library allowing us to use their facilities and we are so happy to be there! The other expenses to put on this event come out our pocket or from generous Sponsors like these:

DR Enterprises – Check out this table at Monster Fest!

Mark Sieber, Author – Check out his book He Who Types Between the Rows 2: Horror Drive-In Will Never Die!

Quixotic Arts – check out the page for more info. or visit her shop on Granby St. in Norfolk.

Mike Federali – check out his awesome events!

Paulzilla – An avid supporter since the very first Monster Fest!

Vintage Trixie – check out the page for more info. or shop at etsy.com/shop/vintagetrixie

The Monster Channelhttp://themonsterchannel.com/

GalaxyJane and Fuzzball – Mysterious names for awesome sponsors!

Thank you for your support!

Also a huge thank you to the many vendors who go out of their way to donate and/or make items to add to our charity raffle basket or for contest prizes! Please be sure to shop with and support our vendors throughout the day. They are small businesses, nearly all of them are local, and I guarantee they have cool stuff!

Tell us what you think!

We’ve been doing this little thing called Monster Fest for going on 12 years now!  Shocking how time slips by when you’re having fun.

If you have attended Monster Fest in the past, what would you say is your favorite thing about it?

Do you enjoy the panels?  If so, any particular topic or presenter you would like to let us know about?

Do you anticipate seeing a particular vendor again?

Are you eagerly awaiting the movie line up for Fantasmo Cult Cinema Explosion?

You see where I’m going here so give us some feed back.  If you tell us something particularly amazing, we may quote you later 🙂

Just click the comment button and leave us a note.  Looking forward to hearing from you!
