If you applied and didn’t receive a reply, please send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know. We had requests for well over 100 tables and only 60 tables available so it was a really difficult process on my end. I hate turning anyone away.
Anyhow, welcome to all the vendors and guests that have tables for this year! I’ll be updating the Vendor page on this website soon with as complete a list as I can get.

Monster Fest will be on Saturday, October 6, 2018.
We are now accepting applications for vendor tables. Table reservation confirmations will start going out in mid June. Please remember, this is not first come first serve. Vendors with classic horror/monster related merchandise/items will get priority as Monster Fest is a monster/horror event.

It’s almost time! Doors open to the public at 10AM on Saturday.
Please help us Scare Away Hunger in Hampton Roads by bringing a monetary donation or a non-perishable food item for the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia. Your donation will get you a raffle ticket for a chance to win a basket of (horror-ble) prizes!
