All emails have been sent out with vendor notifications. If you submitted an application and have not heard back from us (at the email address you provided on your application) please send a direct message to monsterfest@cox.net to let us know.

Monster Fest is less than a month away and we are so excited! The panel suggestions have been amazing and we are finalizing those now. There are so many new and exciting vendors too!
I should be getting the vendor/guest list posted sometime today or tomorrow. There are not enough hours in the day!
Monster Fest the 13th
Not really a theme for this year’s Monster Fest but it is our 13th anniversary so… Monster Fest the 13th! #MonsterFestThe13th
We have a ton of vendor applications and seem to be getting more every few days. I promise we will get through them all and start sending responses soon.
If you want to present a panel or have a great idea of a panel topic, please complete the form in the link below. Keep in mind that we only have 1 room for panels this year in addition to the Bay Window area (that is better suited to round table discussions) so panel space will be limited. Get your idea in ASAP. Just like our vendor applications, we will choose the panels that best fit with the spirit of Monster Fest.
